Jenny has incorporated a myriad of mindfulness-based and stress reduction practices into her healing approaches for years, including breathwork and guided meditation. These practices teach clients how to calm their central nervous system, and how to ground themselves when triggered, often utilizing the 5 senses and other somatic “body” approaches, to release and restore areas where trauma is held in the body and mind.

Jenny’s mindfulness and stress reduction approaches help the client explore preferred and unique ways to calm themselves when triggered, learn how to better anticipate triggers, and to be more present in the moment – all leading to reduced stress and improved overall well-being. Jenny gently guides clients in sessions by teaching and facilitating deep breath work techniques and positive, supportive guided meditations to clients of all ages and stages of life.
Certified Expertise
Jenny is trained and certified in Mindfulness and stress reduction modalities through intensive coaching and mentoring sessions through Healing Earth Therapy, Inc., under a Professional Intuitive, Energy Therapist, Spiritual Mentor, and Usi Reiki Master. In 2024, Jenny became a Certified Intuitive Energy Healer and Spiritual Life Coach through a highly accredited International Association of Therapists (IAOT) program led by veteran healers of all backgrounds including Reiki Masters, Intuitive Energy Healers, Psychics, Mediums, and holistic healing practitioners. Jenny also completed the Mindfulness-Based Ecotherapy Facilitator Training in 2024 through the Mindful Ecotherapy Center, LLC, to learn how to further leverage the powerful headlining connection between Nature, Intuition and Spirit.
Cultivate Present-Moment Awareness
To maintain her skillful, ethical, safe, and cutting edge healing approaches, Jenny receives weekly ongoing Intuitive Development group work and training to further hone and learn new skills. Mindfulness and Stress Reduction techniques are practices aimed at cultivating present-moment awareness, however, please note that traditional psychotherapy/ counseling is not provided with this service.
